3 Effortless Ways Of Increasing Your Energy Naturally

May 30, 2016 by Admin Leave a Comment

One of the most common conditions in the U.S. is fatigue. Most individuals over the age of 30 wake up tired, sore, or even exhausted.

The typical American goes straight for their cup of coffee to get their artificial energy in the morning.

Some even drink caffeine throughout the entire day!

It’s a hard pattern to break, and it’s one that I used to be stuck in.

What if I told you there were some painless and affordable ways of increasing your energy quickly and easily?

Have I piqued your interest?!

I’m a Certified Level 2 Food-Based Healing Instructor with Supreme Science Qigong Center, and I learned the following strategies from our indispensable textbook, Conquering ANY Disease.

1. Drink Ginseng Sublime Drops

Ginseng is an herb used for its energy boosting and medicinal properties. There are three main species of ginseng: Oriental, Siberian and American.

All forms of ginseng are said to aid in reducing stress, improving vitality and boosting the immune system.

Ginseng Sublime is a concentrated tincture that’s made from the finest red and white cultivated ginseng roots in the world.

Here are some of the main benefits of Ginseng Sublime:

  • Stress reliever
  • Mental stimulant
  • Potent aphrodisiac (especially useful for erectile dysfunction)
  • Anti-aging
  • Reduces the pain of menstrual cramps
  • Helps control weight (natural appetite suppressant)
  • Blood sugar control

Note: In a randomized double-blind study with 290 cancer patients at the Mayo Clinic in 2010, more than twice as many patients taking 1,000 or 2,000 milligrams of ginseng a day reported less fatigue and more energy after eight weeks compared with those given a placebo.

2. Eat Heaven Mountain Goji Berries

Goji berries contain 18 amino acids, 21 minerals, glyconutrients for cell communication, and are the highest food source of beta-carotene.

In Chinese medicine they are said to increase longevity, fertility, sexual fluids, and boost the immune system.

A study was published in the Journal of Complimentary and Alternative Medicine on the effects of drinking goji berry juice.

The results indicated that people consuming goji berry juice for two weeks reported increased ratings of energy levels, calmness, feelings of contentment, quality of sleep, mental acuity, and more regularity of gastrointestinal functions.

A Chinese man by the name of Li Ching Yuen was said to have lived until he was 252, eating a diet primarily consisting of goji berries.

Most goji berries on the market are rock hard. Heaven Mountain Goji Berries are the softest, sweetest and juiciest on the market.

3. Sleep Between 10 pm – 6 am

Great quality sleep gives the body a chance to recover, repair and heal. The physiological recovery period is between 10 pm and 2 am. The psychological and nervous system recovery occurs between 2 am and 6 am.

One of the main reasons people wake up sore, tired, and not mentally alert is because they’re going to bed late.

If an individual is habitually going to bed at 12 am, they are missing out on two hours of repair and restoration every night.

This compounds over time, and can lead to many health problems as a result.

For increased energy and health, make sure you get to sleep by no later than 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm on a consistent basis.

If you go to bed later than that every once in awhile it’s fine, just don’t make it a habit.
