Being a creative entrepreneur is absolutely amazing. I love coming up with an idea, then creating something extraordinary out of thin air.
Developing products and services that people love requires awareness, intuition, creativity, motivation, discipline, and persistence.
Such is the entrepreneurship process.
Sometimes I feel creative and motivated, and sometimes my mind is not as creative, and my energy is low, making it very difficult to grow my businesses.
During these downtimes, I occasionally drink kratom tea, which gives me a significant boost in both creativity and motivation.
Kratom (mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family, which is native to Southeast Asia.
Kratom has gained a tremendous amount of popularity here in the U.S. over the past couple of years.
Why so popular?
Kratom is an opioid agonist drug that produces effects similar to opiates in higher dosages, and stimulant effects in lower dosages.
Due to kratom’s active alkaloids and mechanisms of action, it is currently being used as a natural remedy for a variety of mental and physical health issues.
Kratom is commonly used for the following:
- Opiate Withdrawal
- Chronic Pain
Along with these, kratom is also used by some people recreationally or even addictively, for the purpose of getting high.
And more still, kratom is also used by entrepreneurs like my friend Chris and I to help us enhance our creativity and motivation during times where we really need the boost that low dose kratom tea provides.
Dangers of Using Kratom
Kratom is not for everyone. While it is still legal in most of the U.S. (some states have banned it), there are potential consequences with kratom.
Here are just a few:
- Side Effects
Used in small doses a couple of times a week or less, kratom is totally harmless.
The issues arise when an individual takes large amounts of kratom, or takes kratom daily for months. In these circumstances, there can be significant negative consequences from using kratom in this manner.
Why I Love Kratom Tea
I have three blogs that I own and operate all by myself, and I also have a fianceé, a seven year old daughter, and a bunch of pets.
As you can imagine, I’m pretty busy…all the time.
Thus, it can be difficult to stay focused and creative sometimes.
I love kratom tea in low dosages around three grams because it acts as a stimulant and opioid at the same time.
Kratom increases dopamine and endorphins, which are two neurotransmitters that allow you to feel really motivated and happy.
And of course I had to drink some kratom tea before I wrote this article. It was obviously the natural thing to do and a no-brainer decision.
How To Make Kratom Tea
If you want to try a cup of kratom tea next time you need some more creativity and motivation, I recommend using two grams of kratom powder for your first time.
This is the recommended dose for a beginner to start with.
Sometimes I take three grams, and sometimes I take seven or eight grams. It all depends on whether I want to feel more stimulated, or more relaxed. The higher dosages are more relaxing, and the lower dosages are more stimulating.
After trying numerous kratom vendors, I now only buy kratom from TopExtracts.com. They have super high-quality kratom for a great price, and the customer service is the best I’ve found as well.
I love the Classic Red Bali Kratom the best, but I’ve tried almost all strains from TopExtracts, and they are all AMAZING.
Here is a great YouTube video I found that will show you how to make kratom tea:
